Mahindra XUV300 facelift spotted testing, reveals new design details

The upcoming facelifted version of the XUV300 was seen testing in India once again near Chennai ahead of expected launch in 2024.

The Mahindra XUV300 facelift is expected to arrive in the market in early 2024 with massive exterior and interior changes. The upcoming facelifted version of the XUV300 was seen testing in India once again near Chennai.

A few design details of the upcoming sub-4 meter SUV has been leaked via the leaked spy images.

The Mahindra XUV300 facelift is expected to receive a thoroughly revised rear end. The leaked images suggest a tailgate with a more angular design with new C-shaped tail lamps on either side. It could also feature an LED light bar at the back. While the short rear overhang has been retained, the car gets new dual-tone alloy wheels. It will also have  rear wiper, roof rails, extended roof spoiler, and conventional antenna. It will also likely pack XUV700-like LED headlamps,  DRLs setup, and a tweaked bumper with a redesigned grille at front.

The XUV300 facelift is expected to continue be powered by a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel engines with manual and automatic transmission units. Currently, Mahindra offers a choice of 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic on all engines.

The new XUV300 will compete with the updated Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, and other Sub-four metre SUVs in the market.
