Hyundai Creta Facelift might launch in India in early 2024, expected to offer updates
The images of the upcoming Hyundai Creta facelift has been leaked on the Internet and we finally get a glimpse of it.
Hyundai Creta is one of the popular mid-size SUV in the Indian market. Since its introduction in the Indian market, the SUV has received quite some popularity among its buyers. However, the company (Hyundai) is now planning to introduce an updated version of its popular SUV. Reports have suggested that the launch of the facelifted SUV will be in early 2024.
The images of the upcoming Hyundai Creta facelift has been leaked on the Internet and we finally get a glimpse of its design. The spy pictures (from Korea) were published by autospy.net and can know what exactly the changes in the SUV are.
Speaking about the changes in the design, the SUV offers changes in the front as well as the rear. The LED headlamps are refreshed while the DRLs are LED too.The grille of the car is also different from the current edition. The front camera is present under the Hyundai badge at the front. The rear of the Creata also seems to offer a change. The taillamps as well as the bumper get a new design as well.
The presence of ADAS seems to be eminent on the Hyundai Creta. This will increase the safety of the SUV multiple times. We are not sure yet about the interior of the SUV yet.
In terms of engine, we do not expect a change. The engine of the current generation is expected to be carried forward in the facelifted model.
Currently the Hyundai Creta offers two engine options – 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engine. The 1.5-litre petrol engine offers 115PS of maximum power and 144Nm of peak torque. On the other hand, the 1.5-litre diesel engine offers 116PS of maximum power and 250Nm of peak torque. The 1.4-litre turbo petrol engine has been discontinued and a 1.5-litre turbo petrol unit will replace it.
