Bhubaneswar: The Video of a girl thrashing her alleged molester with sandal has now gone viral in the city.
According to reports, a man allegedly molested a girl in one of the city buses yesterday. The victim girl, with all her courage, protested the man’s misbehaviuor towards her and thrashed him with her sandal after the man tried to prove himself innocent.
In the video, some of her co-passengers are also seen supporting the girl by forcing the man to ask for forgiveness.
The man stepped down of the bus after the commuters and staff of the city bus asked him to get out of the bus immediately. The entire episode was shot by a co-passenger and it became viral as soon as it was posted on social media. However, no police complaint has been made in this incident so far.
Though the exact location where the incident took place is yet to be known, it is believed that the incident has occurred in Khandagiri area of the city.
