After taking the nation by storm, ‘Baahubali’, the SS Rajamouli blockbuster that has already created a record by raking in over Rs 1000 crores since its release less than two weeks ago, has now come to the Nandankanan Zoological Park on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar. Acknowledging the craze for the iconic film, zoo officials have named a newborn tiger cub Baahubali.
According to reports, three tigresses gave birth to seven tiger cubs in Nandankanan in the last couple of days. Zoo authorities have named one of the tiger cubs as ‘Baahubali’ in recognition of the power and strength portrayed by Prabhas, who played the central character in Rajamouli’s magnum opus.
The six other cubs have been named Kundan, Adyasha, Sahil, Vicky, Sinu and Mousumi.
