X faces massive outage in India: Shows Welcome to X! Users unable to access tweets

The microblogging platform X (formerly known as Twitter) is down for hundreds of users in India. The platform is showing ‘Welcome to X!’ caption instead of the usual tweets on the feed page.
On Thursday morning, both the website and the mobile Elon Musk owned application did not show the regular tweets on the feed instead, the users were presented with a “Welcome to X!”message that says “This is the best place to see what’s happening in your world. Find some people and topics to follow now.”
The massive outage has affected hundreds of X users in the country. Many users who were able to access the app have started trending the #Twitterdown hashtag.
At the time this article was written, the problem seemed to be there and had not been solved. Currently, there is no information about the reason behind the outage.
This is not the first time that X is not working. The microblogging platform was down in both March and July this year. On March 6, users faced issues while trying to access links, images, and videos.
