Lava Yuva 3 with 18W fast charging launched in India at Rs 6,799; To go on sale starting Feb 7

Lava has introduced a new budget smartphone named Yuva 3 in India at a starting price of Rs 6,799. The device comes equipped with a 6.5-inch HD+ punch-hole display, a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging through a Type-C USB Cable.

The device is priced at Rs 6,799 for the 4GB + 64GB variant and the second 4GB + 128GB variant comes with a price tag of Rs 7,299. The Yuva 3 will go on sale in three colour choices—Eclipse Black, Cosmic Lavender, and Galaxy White starting February 10. Customers can buy it on Lava’s retail network, the Lava e-store. The device is set to launch on Amazon on February 4, 2024 and will be available for sale from February 7.

Key Specifications

The Yuva 3 boasts a 6.5-inch HD+ screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, and a resolution of 720 x 1,600 pixels. Lava offers a UNISOC T606 Octa-core Processor in the smartphone. Like we said earlier, the phone will draw power from a 5,000mAh battery with 18W wired fast charging.

The Yuva 3 boots Android 13, but the company has promised to provide an upgrade to Android 14 along with two years of assured security updates and guarantees for the device. The device packs up to 4GB RAM with 4GB virtually expansion and 128GB UFS 2.2 ROM.

The budget phone features a 13MP Triple AI rear lens as primary camera, an unspecified AI-backed sensor, and a VGA sensor. The selfie camera is a 5MP lens. With this, users can catch quality pictures and selfies. The device features a bottom-firing speaker for audio experience.

Yuva 3 boasts a premium back design with a side fingerprint sensor and a face unlock feature for security.
