Covid 19: How to find Nearest COVID Vaccination Centres using Mobile Phones

The Covid-19 pandemic is looming large in the India. Even with the utmost effort by the State and Central Government, the Covid-19 vaccination drive is receiving setbacks in the country.

Meanwhile, Google Maps has come forward to introduce a feature which helps users to spot Covid-19 vaccination centre nearest to them. Google Maps has also added a host of information which will be available for the users while accessing Covid-19 vaccination centres in Google Maps.

Users have to open the Google Maps and type ‘covid-19 vaccine’. A list of Hospitals and medical centres, along with their locations will appear on the screen. Users can select the hospital/ health centre according to their convenience.

As a user clicks on a particular hospital/ health centre on the list, they are provided a list of information about the specific hospital/ health centre. The information includes address, opening and closing timing, the appointment requirement, limitations to certain patients along with some other important instructions.

Alternatively, the details about the vaccination centres can also be searched by using the Google app or through the Chrome browser.
