Bhubaneswar: In a case of cruelty to animals, a youth on Wednesday allegedly opened fire at dogs in the capital city of Odisha. As a result, one puppy got killed while another puppy was injured. The incident took place in Jagamara of Khandagiri area in Bhubaneswar.
The accused has been identified as Kitab Pattanaik alias Babuna.
As per reports, Babuna opened fire at the puppies one after puppies.
After getting information Police have started investigation of the case.
