Balasore: A woman from Anantpur in Soro block of Balasore district, who had gone to visit Kalighat temple in Kolkata has gone untraceable. As per reports, she had left home on and taken a train to Howrah on March 8. Since then, nothing has been known regarding her whereabouts.
The woman’s husband has alleged that she has been raped and confined somewhere. He revealed that her mobile phone is switched off and she has been uncommunicable for a long time.
The man also informed that he had approached the Howrah GRPS and Sealdah RPF and filed a missing report. After this, the Howrah GRPS had produced
Meanwhile, the man has appealed to higher authorities in Kolkata and also urged the Odisha Government to look into the matter and take immediate steps in this regards.
