Sundragarh: An elderly woman was allegedly beaten to death by his son in Kudamusa village under K Balang police station limits in the district, police said today.
Police said that the incident took place on Wednesday night, but the matter came to light as the village is an inaccessible area.
As per reports the woman was beaten to death by her son identified as Raut Munda over domestic quarrel. “The accused have escaped from the spot after committing the crime. We have sent the body for post-mortem and are trying to nab the accused,” said a police official.
