Bhubaneswar: Miscreants looted Rs 1.72 lakh from a private bank employee in the state capital city this evening.
According to reports, three bike-borne miscreants looted the cash from the bank employee near Rangabazaar under Balianta Police limits of the city after attacking him with sharp weapons.
The Commissionerate Police is said to have started an investigation into the matter. Besides, efforts are on to trace the looters.
