Nabarangpur: A woman admitted at the District Headquarters Hospital allegedly committed suicide by jumping from the third floor of the hospital this afternoon.
The deceased have been identified as Jema Bhatara of Kangra village. As per reports, the woman was admitted to the hospital on October 31 and later gave birth to a baby boy.
However she jumped from the third floor of the hospital. Medical staffs immediately rescued her and rushed her to the emergency ward where she was declared received dead.
Police have started an investigation to ascertain the reason behind the suicide.
