Phulbani: The Member of Parliament for Kandhamal constituency in Odisha, Dr. Achyuta Samanta visited different places of Kandhamal district on Friday to campaign for party candidates.
As per reports, in his ‘Go to Village’ mission, Dr. Samanta today attended a meet of the BJD workers at the Kalyan Mandap of Phulbani as the Chief Guest and advised them in the wake of the upcoming Panchayat Polls in the State. He stressed on how the BJD party will succeed in all the 18 zones.
Dr. Samanta met all the Zilla Parishad candidates who have got ticket from the BJD party and asked them to make effort so that all the pro-people Yojanas of Odisha Government can reach each door steps of the citizens. He told them to initiate the ‘Gaan Ku Chaala’ (Go to Village) Abhiyan.
The MP today also visited Rudangia village under Gadaguda panchayat of Tikabali Block. He met Sadhabani Naik, the BJD candidate for the 7 number zone Tikabali and campaigned for her.
