Odisha +2 result by May end, Min Samir Ranjan Dash

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha School and Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash informed that the +2 results shall be published by May end.

The evaluation of answer sheets for the +2 exams will begin tomorrow and be conclude on May 7, said reliable reports.

While interacting with the media earlier today, after completion of evaluation the tabulation process will begin said Minister Samir Dash. The result is likely to be declared by May-end, Dash further added.

Odisha Plus 2 answer sheet evaluation is scheduled to on April 10, said reports on Wednesday. The evaluation shall be done in two phases from April 10 to April 22 and from April 23 to May 7.

The first phase of the assessment will be held from the 10th  of April. Fifteen thousand evaluators will be employed in this regard. The assessment will be conducted both online and offline.

The plus two examinations had been conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) have started from March 1. All exams will be completed on April 5. After that, the paper evaluation process will start from April 10. Assessment will be conducted both online and offline.

The offline assessment will end on April 22 and the online paper correction will start from April 23 to May 4 and online paper correction will start from April 25 to May 7. This year there are 65 zones for offline assessment. It will be conducted at 39 online assessment centers. Science, Commerce, Arts and Vocational Education exam results are likely to be released from the end of May and the beginning of June after the 2-phase examination.

According to the information, the offline centers will be open from 10 am to 4 pm. But since 2 phases are scheduled for online assessment, the process will start here from 8 am. After the completion of each respondent’s assessment in the offline centre, 2 times by the Senior Observer and 1 time by the Center Superintendent will be checked.

It has been decided to conduct a three-tiered evaluation so that there is no error in the evaluation. Each answer sheet will be scanned at the online center. In view of summer, all the arrangements will be made in all the assessment centers like drinking water, electricity back up system, restrooms etc. A show cause summons will be issued if the assesses does not arrive within the stipulated time. Talking on the mobile in the assessment center is prohibited.

All the evaluation zones will be under CCTV surveillance. While the parents of children who have appeared for exams shall be excluded from the evaluation process.
