Cuttack: In today’s development regarding minor boys drowning in the Mahanadi river near Jobra in Cuttack, another body has been fished out today.
He has been identified as Ayur Khan.
Earlier on Ram Navami, three minor boys drowned in the Mahanadi river. One of them was rescued in a critical condition and died while undergoing treatment, two others were still missing.
On getting the information, the Odisha Disaster Rapid Action Force (ODRAF) and Odisha fire personnel reached the spot to start a rescue operation. However, the operation was put to a halt after sunset and resumed this morning.
The search operation team recovered the body of another minor whereas a minor is still missing.
