Huge Python Spotted On River Banks In Odisha, Rescued

Anandapur: A huge python was rescued from the Baitrani river banks near Panchupalli village in Odisha’s Anandapur.

As per reports, the villagers spotted the huge snake while going to the river banks at dusk and immediately informed the forest department.

The forest department personnel reached the spot immediately rescued the python which was later assumed to be around 10 feet in length. It was released in the nearest forest.

The snake must have been swept off by the recent floodwaters said the forest officials.
