The incident has been reported from Rourkela in Sundargarh district of Odisha. According to sources, water contamination has been suspected to be the reason for the outbreak of diarrhoea in Rourkela.
It is worth mentioning that the affected people have been admitted to the district headquarter hospital (DHH) in Sundargarh. The District Medical Superintendent is keeping an eye on the situation. Yesterday as many as two people died in the incident, said reports.
