Day after effecting major IPS reshuffle, Odisha govt reshuffles OPS officers

Bhubaneswar: A day after effecting a major reshuffle in police department in the IPS level, Odisha Government on Wednesday effected a massive reshuffle in the OPS cadre.

Below are the new postings of the OPS officers as per the notification issued by the Home Department of the state government:

1. Pravat Kumar Biswal, DSP, Hdqrs, Mayurbhanj is transferred and posted as DSP, IAHTU, Sundargarh.
2. Ashok Kumar Das, DSP, IUCAW, Bhadrak is transferred and posted as DSP, IAHTU, Angul.
3. Amaresh Kumar Panigrahi, OPS, Kandhamal is transferred and posted as DSP, IUCAW, Bhadrak.
4. Amar Kumar Nayak, DSP, Intelligence Organisation is transferred and posted as DSP, IUCAW, Bolangir.
5. Pramila Nayak, OPS, DSP, BPSPA, Bhubaneswar is transferred and posted as Additional SP, BPSPA, Bhubaneswar.
6. Chandra Mohanty, OPS, DSP, Vigilance Organization is transferred and posted as Addl. S.P., Vigilance Organization.
7. Prasanta Kumar Pattanayak, OPS, DSP, City Puri is transferred and posted as Addl. DCP, Police Commissionerate.
8. Chitaranjan Samanta, OPS, Addl DCP, Police Commissionerate is transferred and posted as Addl S.P Intelligence Organization.
9. Sushil Kumar Panigrahi, OPS, Addl S.P, Boudh is transferred and posted as Addl SP, Jharsuguda.
10. Mahendra Kumar Patel, OPS, Addl S.P, Bonai is transferred and posted as Addl S.P, Keonjhar.
