Cuttack: Barang Police in Cuttack of Odisha today busted the gruesome murder case of Gopal Nayak of Godisahi locality under Barang police limits of Cuttack district after 4 days of the crime. Police briefed the press today and informed about it.
Two persons were arrested in this connection on Saturday. Barang police arrested Gopal’s wife Jhumuri for allegedly murdering her husband with the help of her lover. As per reports, Gopal Nayak was allegedly bludgeoned to death with stone in a cashew forest.
Police took the prime accused persons of Gopal’s murder case today to the spot for murder scene recreation.
Gopal and Jhumuri had married 15 years ago. After one year of the marriage, dispute arose between the two. And now the woman allegedly hatched a plan along with her boyfriend to murder her husband.
