Bhubaneswar: A builder identified as Sangram Jena the proprietor of Maa Jhadakhandi Eastcon has allegedly duped the informant Ramesh Chandra Behera of Sishu Vihar in Chandrashekarpur area of Bhubaneswar.
According to the available information, Ramesh Chandra Behera had paid an amount of 34 lakhs through bank instruments like demand drafts and RTGS to which is a builder unit for delivery of a plot of land at mouza Jagnathpur in Balianta during the year 2019.
Neither the builder provided the plot of land nor returned the amount. The bank documents have been verified and found to be paid to the builder.
Further the builder executed a sale deed which also found to be forged. In this regard, the said builder Sangram Jena of Maa Jhadkhandi Eastcon has been arrested and forwarded to the court.
