Bhubaneswar: In a major drug haul, the Joint Flying Squad busted an illegal narcotics den at Salia Sahi in Bhubaneswar and recovered 200 gms of brown sugar and arrested one person in this connection.
The arrested drug dealer has been identified as Rajiv Panda. He has been in the illegal business for a very long time.
Acting on a tip-off, the officials of the Excise Department conducted a raid in Bhubaneswar’s Salia Sahi area and seized brown sugar worth 20 lakh.
During the interrogation, the accused person reportedly could not produce any valid authority in support of the possession of such contraband materials, for which he was arrested.
