Khordha: In a tragic incident, 3 persons have been killed and 7 others received critical injuries as a pilgrimage bus collided with an unknown vehicle near Belapada bypass in Khordha district.
According to sources, the bus carrying 18 passengers, was returning from a visit to the Ghatgaon Tarini temple when an unidentified vehicle struck it on the National Highway 16 near the Belapada bypass in Khordha.
On being informed, the firefighters reached the spot and rescued the passengers.
In this accident, two passengers were killed on the spot while another 7 severely injured persons were rushed to the near by Balugaon Hospital. One more person also lost his life while undergoing treatment in the hospital.
