Rayagada: One quintal and 40 kgs of ganja was seized from two cars in Rayagada district in Odisha.
A team led by Bishamkatak SDPO seized two cannabis-laden cars near Dakuluguda intersection. During the investigation, 1 quintal of 40 kg of cannabis was seized from two cars.
The estimated value of the seized cannabis is said to be more than Rs 10 lakh.
The Bisham Cuttack SDPO is digging deeper into where this cannabis was coming from and where it was going.
In Rayagada district the police have been able to crack down on ganja smuggling on a regular basis.
