Indian cricket team’s all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has been seen spending quality time at home during his break after returning from South Africa following the Test match series.
The star all-rounder has posted a video on his Instagram handle, in which he was seen taking a ‘Vintage Ride’ on his bullock cart in his hometown in Rajkot. The video has been liked by over 8 lakh fans of Jadeja.
Jadeja was a part of the playing XI at the historic test match against Proteas at Newlands Cricket Ground in Cape Town. India defeated South Africa by even wickets in the second Test to become the first Asian team to win a Test match in Cape Town.
He was ruled out of the first Test against South Africa in Centurion due to back spasm and Ravichandran Ashwin was slotted into playing XI. Later, Jadeja replaced R Ashwin in the team in the second test match.
With Aiden Markram’s splendid innings of 106 run, the host was looking good but Jasprit Bumrah with his six-wicket haul helped India to restrict them for 176 in their second innings on day two and needed just 79 runs to win the match.
While Mohammed Siraj, who registered his career-best figures in the format – 6/15, was adjudged as Player of the Match while Jasprit Bumrah and Dean Elgar were given the Player of the Series Awards.
