Russian woman shares bed with mummified corpse of husband

New Delhi: In a shocking incident a Russian woman reportedly shared bed with the mummified corpse of her husband. She also forbidden her children to discuss about this with others. The man reportedly died in 2020 and since then his wife was sharing bed with the corpse. It was found recently after a child care inspector visited their house.

The woman not only slept with the mummified corpse but she also reportedly performed occult rituals.

The woman, identified as 50-year-old Svetlana, shared bed with her husband Vladimir’s desiccated remains and had forbidden her children from telling anyone about him on pain of being shipped off to an orphanage or a mental health facility, reported New York Post.

Reportedly, in December 2020, once the couple had a fight during which the wife yelled at the man and wished him death. The husband then reportedly collapsed and died.

The woman reportedly wrapped the body in a blanket and took it to her room. She asked the children to keep their mouths shut, threatening that if they do so they would be sent to orphanage.

Following the incident, the woman reportedly is now undergoing a mental health evaluation.
