Puri: Despite rain and bad weather conditions in Puri, devotees gathered in huge numbers to pull the Chariots, which stuck midway yesterday.
Lord Balabhadra’s Taladhwaja was first to be pulled followed by other Chariots Debadalana and Nandighosh.
The Chariots of Deities had to be stopped midway after Sunset on Ratha Jatra day yesterday. While Taladhwaja was halted near Balagandi, Darpadalana and Nandighosha were stopped near Bagala Dharmasala and Town police station, respectively.
