Koraput: In a tragic incident, one person was killed and six others sustain critical injuries after the auto-rickshaw they were travelling in overturned in Koraput district on Tuesday morning.
Reports say, a total of 16 persons were travelling in the ill-fated auto. The auto driver lost control over its wheels and overturned. Following which one person was killed and six others sustained critical injuries.
The locals reached the spot, rescued the injured persons immediately and rushed to the nearby hospital for medical aid.
Later, the police reached the incident site and started a probe into the matter.
