Odisha Health and Family Welfare Department Thanks Doctors, Nurses and Medical Workers On ‘World Health Day’
Bhubaneswar: On the eve of World Health Day, the Health and Family welfare department of Odisha thanked the nurses, midwives and other health workers for their service to the society.
The Health and Family Welfare department took to twitter to share the information. The department also told that during this period of Coronavirus epidemic, the nurses, midwives and other health workers are putting their lives in danger to save the patients. This is an act of bravery and we should all appreciate and thank them.
The World Health Day is celebrated every year on the 7th April, for raising global health awareness among people. The The World Health Organization introduced this day from 1948. The theme for this year’s World Health Day is “support nurses, support midwives”.
