MP Achyuta Samanta donates Rs 6 lakh for accident victim’s accident
Kandhamal MP Achyuta Samanta has helped yet another needy person financially through the KISS Foundation, founded by him.
Bhubaneswar: Kandhamal MP Achyuta Samanta has helped yet another needy person financially through the KISS Foundation, founded by him. He has donated Rs 6 lakh to an accident victim identified as Bishnu Prasad Singh.
According to reports, Singh reportedly lost his left leg in a road accident recently and was finding it hard for his treatment due to poverty. However, after knowing that a young man has lost his leg and is badly in need of financial support for his further treatment, Samanta directed the members of KISS Foundation to donate him Rs 6 lakh.
Samanta, who is also the founder of KISS and KIIT Universities, also personally met Bishnu Prasad Singh and took stock of his health condition.
Meanwhile, the accident victim expressed his gratitude to Samanta and KISS Foundation for helping him financially for his treatment.
It is to be noted here that the KISS Foundation under the guidance of its founder Samanta has always emphasized that no poor or underprivileged person should face problem as helping the helpless is the only aim of the foundation.
