Bhubaneswar: In a shocking incident in Bhubaneswar, miscreants chased and hacked a youth in broad day light, said reliable reports.

The miscreants used a sword and an ack to carry out the shocking act. The youth has been rushed to the Capital Hospital in Bhubaneswar.
