Dhenkanal: In a tragic incident, a minor died after falling into an open well in Dhenkanal district of Odisha on Monday.
The incident took place in Kamakshyanagar, a town in Dhenkanal district of Odisha.
The deceased is a minor. He is around 12-years-old. He has been identified as the son of Biranchi Narayan Nayak of Bolu village under Tumusinga police limits.
According to reports, the boy accidentally fell into an open well while going on a trip to his maternal uncle’s house in Saradaepur village.
He was allegedly going to his uncle’s house to watch a theater performance (jatra) when the incident took place due to his carelessness.
