Man Arrested For Killing 75-Year-Old Father

Bargarh: In yet another horrifying incident, a man was arrested for killing his septuagenarian father over a petty dispute at Dabha village under Jharbandha police limits in Bargarh district on Sunday.

The arrestee has been identified as Kampal Sahu (38).

According to reports, following a domestic dispute, Kampal axed his father Parsuram Sahu (75), resulting in the latter’s immediate death.

After killing his father, Kampal buried his body inside the house to conceal the murder. However, his behaviour raised the suspicions of neighbours who alerted the Police.

Meanwhile, the Police have arrested the culprit and initiated a probe into the incident. The body of the deceased has been sent for autopsy.
