Gaja Bhoga offered at Dhabaleswar Temple in Athagarh

Athagarh: The famous ‘Gaja Bhoga’ and ‘Tarana’ was offered to Lord Shiva at Dhabaleswar temple in Athagarh of Cuttack district late on Saturday night.

The Gaja Bhoga was offered to the deity on the occasion of Bada Osha in Odisha.

Gajabhog and Tarana are the most favourite prasad of the deity and is prepared by the priests’ community. Gajabhog and Tarana are distributed among the devotees across the state.

Lord Dhabaleswar is giving darshan to the devotees in the form of Harihar Besha alog with Badasinghar.
