Firing in apartment in Bhubaneswar, MLA Ramesh Jena appears in court

Bhubaneswar: Sankhemundi MLA appeared in the special court in Bhubaneswar’s much talked about firing in apartment in Bhubaneswar,  Chandrama apartment shooting incident.

According to reports, MLA Ramesh Jena has appeared in a court in Bhubaneswar. The process of receiving witnesses is going on in the court regarding the shooting incident. MLA Ramesh Jena and some of his associates are accused in the incident.

The testimony of Satyajit Mishra, the investigating officer of the incident and the then inspector of Kharabelanagar police station, was accepted yesterday. In addition, the MLA was given a notice to appear in a special court today relating to this matter. According to the order, other accused including the MLA have appeared.

It is worth noting that Samkhemundi MLA Ramesh Jena was accused in Bhubaneshwar Chandrama apartment firing incident. Ramesh Jena was arrested in this shooting incident on February 8, 2011. Detailed reports awaited.
