Cuttack: Continuing its crackdown on various food adulteration units, Jagatpur police on Sunday busted fake ghee manufacturing unit at Jagatpur Industrial Estate area in Cuttack.
Acting on a tip-off, a team of Jagatpur police carried out a raid at the illegal manufacturing unit seized a huge amount of adulterated ghee, machines and raw materials used to prepare the product.
The owner of the manufacturing unit has been detained for further questioning.
Further investigation is underway.
