Elephants Mowed Down By Speeding Train In Odisha

Rourkela: Two elephants killed by a speeding train in the wee hours of morning on Thursday.

According to reports a speeding goods train mowed them over. The incident took place near Birsa Mohipani area in Rourkela.

The carcass of the two dead elephants were spotted lying on either side of the railway tracks.

The forest department officials have reached the spot and started investigation into the matter.
