Athgarh: On the occasion of Makar Sankranti, a huge crowd has been witnessed in the holy shrine of Dhabaleswar in Athgarh of Odisha, said reliable reports.
According to reports, Crowds were seen since 4 am in the morning. The administration has beefed up the security in and around the shrine. The temple doors were thrown open to the public in the early hours of the morning.
It is believed that if one can get the special prasad offered today to Lord Shiva in The Holy Shrine that is “Makara Chaula” then one’s bad deeds go unpunished and one earns blessings for crores of rebirths.
Several other arrangements have been made in and around the shrine to manage the crowd and help people visit the temple with ease.
