Banki: In a shocking incident, a dead body was found inside a closed house in Banki block of Cuttack district in Odisha, said reliable reports on Friday.
According to reports, the dead body was recovered from a closed house. The incident has bheen reports from Nuasahi Trinath Mandap under Harirajpur Panchayat, which is only 3 km away from Banki police station of Cuttack district.
The deceased has been identified as Samwal Sahu of Harirajpur. There was blood on the door of the house and the door was closed from the inside, said latest reports in this regard.
Reliable reports say that, sandals, mobiles, sharp weapons, swords were found at least hundred meters away from the house. The police suspect that the murder happened after someone attacked Sahu with a sword.
Reports say that the Banki SDPO and police station IIC reached the spot and are investigating into the dead body found in Banki. The scientific team shall reach the spot and loot into the matter.
Latest reports say, the body shall be sent for postmortem to know the cause of death and the time of death. The postmortem reports is awaited. Detailed reports awaited in this regard.
