Nabarangpur: In a shocking incident, the Co-ordinator of senior citizen pilgrimage in Nabarangpur of Odisha was found dead, said reports on Tuesday.
According to reports, the deceased has been identified as Atal Bihari Hota. He was a teacher from Nabarangpur district Sanamisi village. He was the co-ordinator for the pilgrimage of senior citizens.
Reliable reports say that he allegedly died after falling from the roof of Rayagada Biju Kalyan Mandap. It is worth mentioning here that, as many as six co-ordinators went to Rayagada yesterday taking 146 senior citizens from Nabarangpur district. The deceased has been identified as a sports teacher from Sanamisi village.
He suffered a head injury after falling from the stairs in the roof. His dead body has been sent to the district head hospital (DHH) for autopsy. A pal of gloom has been cast after this incident. The police has reached the spot and is investigating into the matter. Detailed reports
