In a scary incident in Balasore there has been a bear scare in Odisha in which one person is critical and five injured.
Nilagiri: In a scary incident in Balasore there has been a bear scare in Odisha in which one person is critical and five injured. Reports say that, a bear entered the village and one person was critical in the attack and five others were injured.
The incident has been reported from Balasore District in Nilagiri police station of Upada block in Banosbaniya Panchayat. Reports say that, Lakshmi Dharanayak was critically injured and has been admitted to the Nilagiri Hospital.
Fearing the bear, people saved their lives by jumping into the pond. With the joint efforts of the forest department and the villagers the bear has been chased away into the forest, said latest reports in this regard.
