5-year-old charred to death, 2 houses gutted as marriage party vehicles catch fire while refuelling in Odisha
Kendrapara: In a tragic incident, a five-year-old boy was charred to death while two houses were gutted after marriage party vehicles caught fire in Odisha’s Kendrapara district today.
The fire mishap took place at Badapada village of Pattamundai area of the district while the vehicles were refueling this evening. Within no time, the fire engulfed two houses and destroyed them completely. The marriage decoration was also gutted due to the inferno.
Though the exact cause of the fire mishap till the filing of this report was not known, the local police reached the spot after getting information about it and started an investigation into the matter.
Meanwhile, the heart-wrenching incident has shocked the locals who were in a wedding celebration mood.
