Lucknow: In a shocking incident, the video of a primary teacher kissing a minor female student in Bahraich of Uttar Pradesh is going viral on the internet. In the video, the teacher was seen being engaged in inappropriate actions with the student. The video was discreetly recorded by an anonymous person present at the scene.
As the video goes viral, the District Education Officer promptly suspended the teacher from his duties and initiated an investigation into the matter. However, no formal police complaint has been lodged as of yet.
The incident has come to the fore from Shivpur Bairagi Primary School under the Visheshwarganj Vikas Khand in Bahraich. The primary teacher, identified as Durga Prasad Jaiswal, had been serving as the acting headmaster at the school for nearly five years.
According to reports, during one of his class sessions, he called a minor girl student near his desk and kissed her while seated on a chair. The concerned person present at the scene recorded the incident on video.
As per the official reports, Durga Prasad has been engaging in inappropriate conduct with girl students at the school for several months. A similar incident had also come to light against him six months ago, but no actions were taken at that time.
Education Officer Manmohan has confirmed that the teacher Durga Prasad has been suspended. An investigation has been initiated against him. The examination of photos and videos is currently underway. Following the incident, a case will also be filed against him. Meanwhile, police have stated that no written complaint has been received yet. Once a written complaint is received, immediate action will be taken to proceed with the case.
