Massive fire breaks out at Lokmanya Tilak Terminus in Mumbai
A massive fire broke out at Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LLT) premises in Maharashtra's Mumbai on Wednesday afternoon.
Mumbai: A massive fire broke out at Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LLT) premises in Mumbai on Wednesday afternoon. The flames broke out in the New Hall area of the station at around 3.00 pm.
As per the preliminary reports, the ablaze was reported from the Jan Aahar Canteen located at the first floor near platform number one of the terminus. No casualties or injuries have been reported in the incident.
On being informed about the incident, fire service personnel reached the spot and tried to take control over the flames. Meanwhile, the exact reason behind the break out of fire is yet to be ascertained.
Following the incident, three trains were delayed in the area. Further investigation is underway and detailed report is awaited.
