Anju, who had gone to Pakistan to marry her Facebook friend, returns

Reportedly after marrying her boyfriend in a Muslim tradition, Anju was gifted with a flat worth Rs 40 lakh by a big businessman in Pakistan

New Delhi: Anju, the Indian woman who had travelled Pakistan in last July to marry her Pakistani Facebook friend has reportedly returned to country today through Wagha border. As per reports, she changed her name from Anju to Fatima and also married Nasrullah in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan.

“Anju was married to Arvind, who is in Rajasthan. They have a 15-year-old daughter and a six-year-old son. She had told her husband Arvind that she was going to Jaipur for a few days. However, her husband later got to know that she had gone to Pakistan,” Business Today reported.

Arvind, the husband of Anju who went to Pakistan to marry her lover, later filed an FIR against her saying that she married another man without filing for divorce and also threatened him over the phone.

The Phoolbagh Police of Bhiwadi (Alwar) wrote a report on the basis of Arvind’s statement.

It was also reported that after marrying her boyfriend in a Muslim tradition, Anju was gifted with a flat worth Rs 40 lakh by a big businessman in Pakistan.
