3 killed, 3 injured in truck accident in Uttar Pradesh’s Etawah
Three people lost their lives while three people were reported injured after a truck rammed into a dhaba in Uttar Pradesh.
Uttar Pradesh: In a tragic incident, three people lost their lives while three people were reported injured after a truck rammed into a dhaba. The truck accident took place in Etawah in Uttar Pradesh, confirmed reliable reports in this regard.
The accident took place during the late night hours on Saturday, near the Manikpur crossing. Reportedly, the truck diverted away from its path and rammed into the dhaba. The driver of the truck was found to be drunk and has been arrested for causing the accident. The truck had a Jharkhand number plate on it.
Officials present at the site said that it took almost two hours to recover the bodies from under the debris. He further added that the injured have been sent to hospital for immediate medical assistance. However, the identities of the deceased in the Uttar Pradesh truck accident are yet to be ascertained.
