Noida: YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT season 2 winner, Elvish Yadav, appeared before the Noida police late at night in connection with the snake venom case. The Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) in Noida, Harish Chander, has confirmed that the police have requested his presence for further investigation.

The controversy arose when news broke that Elvish Yadav, a popular social media personality, has been booked by the Noida police for allegedly organizing rave parties involving snake venom. The news quickly went viral across the internet.

The case began following a complaint filed by Gaurav Gupta, an Animal Welfare Officer at the People for Animal (PFA) organization. Gupta alleged that Elvish Yadav and other YouTubers had been involved in filming videos with snakes and venom at Noida-NCR farmhouses. Even more disturbingly, he claimed that these individuals had been illegally hosting rave parties, where foreign women were invited to consume snake venom and narcotics.

During a subsequent operation, the police confiscated 20 milliliters of snake venom and discovered a collection of snakes, including five cobras, one python, two two-headed snakes, and one rat snake. As a result, five individuals were arrested.

Noida’s Station House Officer (SHO), Sandeep Chaudhary, has reported that an FIR has been filed against Elvish Yadav under various sections of the Wildlife Protection Act 1972, including sections 9, 39, 48(A), 49, 50, and 51.

In response to these allegations, Elvish Yadav has publicly claimed them to be fake. The investigation into this case is underway.
