Asha Bhosle to perform live in Dubai on her 90th birthday

Legendary singer Asha Bhosle will be performing in Dubai. The live performance is scheduled on her 90th birthday on September 8.

Asha Bhosle’s Dubai concert is trending by the name,’Asha@90 Live.’ The concert will be held at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai. The audience will get to witness the veteran singer perform her most memorable tracks.

Her spectacular career in music spans over eight decades. During this journey, Asha Bhosle has been awarded with  the Padma Vibhushan. She has recorded songs in various languages. She has also received numerous mentions and awards for her contribution to the industry. Some notable awards include, two National Film Awards, 18 Maharashtra State Film Awards, and two Grammy nominations, among several others.

Asha Bhosle is considered to be one of the most powerful singers of India. She has over 12,000 recorded songs in numerous languages under her name.

Asha Bhosle has worked with music directors from different generations such as O.P. Nayyar, Khayyam, Shankar-Jaikishan, R.D. Burman, A.R. Rahman and Ilaiyaraaja, among others.

She is a part of the well-known Mangeshkar family and is the sister of Late Lata Mangeshkar. Asha Bhosle began her music career at the age of nine. She initially started with low budget films before moving on to become one of the best that Bollywood will ever have!
