Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan has purchased a plot in Ayodhya, ahead of the inauguration of the Ram temple on January 22.
In recent news, Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan has purchased a plot in Ayodhya, ahead of the inauguration of the Ram temple on January 22. Reports tell us that the star has bought the land in The Sarayu. Notably, it is a 7-star enclave in Ayodhya.
Reliable sources tell us that the estimated cost of the plot is around Rs 14.5 crores. Interestingly, the building has been developed by The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) based in Mumbai.
The actor said, ““I am looking forward to embarking on this journey with The House of Abhinandan Lodha for The Sarayu in Ayodhya, a city that holds a special place in my heart. The timeless spirituality and cultural richness of Ayodhya have forged an emotional connection that transcends geographical boundaries.”
Amitabh Bachchan further mentioned, ““This is a start of a heartfelt journey into the soul of Ayodhya, where tradition and modernity seamlessly co-exist, creating an emotional tapestry that resonates with me deeply. I am looking forward to building my home in the global spiritual capital.”
It is noteworthy mentioning that Big B has his family tree roots in Uttar Pradesh. He was born in Prayagraj, formely known as Allahabad and received his education there as well.
Further, reports tell us that The Sarayu will be launched on January 22, the same day as the inauguration of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. The temple will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
