BSNL Offers Free Amazon Prime Subscription For 1 Year To Postpaid & Broadband Users

New Delhi: As a part of its partnership with Amazon on Monday, State-owned telecom operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has annpounced a free 1-year subscription of Amazon Prime services for its broadband and postpaid users. BSNL subscribers across India with postpaid plans worth Rs. 399 or more and broadband landline plans worth Rs. 745 or more can avail one year of Amazon Prime membership at no additional cost.

To avail the free subscription, BSNL users will have to upgrade to a postpaid plan worth Rs. 399 or more or get a landline broadband plan worth Rs. 745 or more. After this, users need to go to BSNL’s official website and click on the special ‘BSNL-Amazon offer’ banner.

Subscribers then need to enter their eligible BSNL number details to generate an OTP after which they can validate and activate the offer using Amazon login credentials. Lastly, one needs to download the Prime Video app on smartphone/ smart TV/ FireTV or go to the Amazon Prime Video site to start streaming.

It is being said that BSNL plans to take on arch-rival  Airtel, Vodafone and Reliance Jio by this free subscription offer. The Amazon Prime subscription comes with access to Prime Video streaming that offers movies, TV shows, stand-up comedy, and Amazon Prime Original series.

Furthermore, the Prime membership includes unlimited free and fast delivery via Amazon India site and early access to deals and offers on the e-commerce platform. Subscribers can also avail ad-free music streaming via Amazon Prime Music besides a range of ebooks via Prime Reading.
