Svitch CSR 762 electric motorcycle launched in India, gets a price tag of Rs 1.90 lakh

Indian two-wheeler electric manufacturer Svitch has launched CSR 762 electric motorcycle in India. It comes with a price tag of Rs 1.90 lakh and was initially revealed in October last year. The company claims that the motorcycle can go up to 120 kmph and offers a full range of 190km. The Svitch CSR 762 is the first of its kind to offer a 40-litre space for helmet at the front.

Interested buyers can pre-book the CSR 762 electric motorcycle by paying as much as Re 1 at the company website. The company also claims that they have received more than 12,000 orders and the deliveries will start from August 2024. The electric motorcycle is pitched against the likes of Tork Kratos R and Matter Aera due to price point similarity.

Svitch CSR 762 important specs

The Svitch CSR 762 is powered from a 3kW electric motor that generates 10W or 13.4bhp of power at 3800 rpm. The range of the motorcycle is 160 km while the top speed is 120 km/hr. the wheelbase is 1430mm. The saddle height is 810mm. The motorcycle offers 5 riding modes and that includes 3 riding modes, 1 reverse mode and 1 sports mode.

The riding mode nob features a 5” TFT display that displays riding modes along with speed range as well as battery information. The LED lights turn in different shades of Red as the RPM increases. Apart from the above-mentioned features, the bike offers liquid cooling as well as air cooling technology.

The company plans to open outlets in cities like Ahmedabad, Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore.
